We offer complimentary standard delivery on most orders, both within the UK and internationally. Due to our bespoke, handcrafted approach, please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery unless your piece is already in stock. Express delivery is available for a fee and is complimentary for select high-value orders. For jewellery pieces priced above £3,000, a dedicated shipping service is provided and may vary by destination.

We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Bespoke, engraved, and personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our website. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility, and we provide guidance throughout the process. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–14 working days of receiving and verifying your return.

Yes, every SAINT' OLIVEIRA shipment is fully insured until it is securely delivered to you. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, please contact your dedicated VIP Liaison or our Client Care team immediately.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and a tracking link. VIP clients may also receive updates via WhatsApp. For real-time updates or questions, you can always contact us directly.
