Yes, you may redeem multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction. If you wish to do so, please contact our Client Care team before checkout for smooth processing and personalized support.
At checkout, select “Gift Card” as your payment method and enter your Gift Card number and PIN. If your purchase exceeds the balance on your card, you can pay the remaining amount using any accepted payment method. Gift Cards can be used in full or in part; any remaining balance will stay on your card for future use.
Digital eGift Cards are activated instantly and ready to use as soon as your purchase is confirmed. For physical Gift Cards, they are activated within three days of shipment confirmation for security reasons.
Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. However, purchases made with a Gift Card can be returned according to our standard return policy. Refunds for returns will be issued back to the original Gift Card (and, if a second payment method was used, the balance will be refunded accordingly).
You can check your Gift Card balance online through your account dashboard at saintoliveira.com, or by contacting our Client Care team via WhatsApp or email. We’re always happy to assist you with your balance or transaction history.
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Any remaining balance after this period will expire.
Absolutely! Your Gift Card can be applied toward bespoke creations and special orders. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your vision and how to use your Gift Card as part of your commission.
