Physical Gift Cards:

Physical Gift Cards may also be purchased via our website. Once your order is confirmed, your Physical Gift Card will be activated within three (3) days of shipment confirmation. Redemption:

Currency:

Partial Redemption & Balance:

Aggregate Liability:
In no event shall SAINT' OLIVEIRA’s aggregate liability to the Purchaser (or that of its affiliates, officers, employees, sub-contractors, or agents) under these Terms or in connection with any SAINT' OLIVEIRA Gift Card—on any theory of liability or cause of action, whether in contract or tort (including breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability)—exceed the total active balance across all SAINT' OLIVEIRA Gift Card(s) purchased by the Purchaser in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

If the Purchaser and User are not the same person, our aggregate liability to the User (or that of our affiliates, officers, employees, sub-contractors, or agents) under these Terms or in connection with any Gift Card shall not exceed the value of the specific Gift Card that gave rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, nor does it affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Gift Cards:
SAINT' OLIVEIRA Gift Cards themselves cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Returning Purchases Made with a Gift Card:
