Gold and Platinum

We responsibly source gold and platinum, ensuring these materials meet our exacting standards for use in SAINT'OLIVEIRA designs.

Day-to-Day Care
To maintain the polish of your gold and platinum jewelry, avoid exposure to household cleaning products and bleach. We recommend storing your jewellery in its SAINT'OLIVEIRA pouch for safekeeping.

How to Clean Gold and Platinum Jewellery

1. Place your gold or platinum jewelry into the SAINT'OLIVEIRA jewellery cleaner solution.
2. After two minutes, use tweezers to carefully remove your jewellery from the solution.
3. Gently clean behind the settings and in between crevices with a soft bristle brush to remove any debris.
4. Rinse, blot dry, and polish your jewelry with a SAINT'OLIVEIRA polishing cloth.

We also invite you to contact our SAINT'OLIVEIRA team for a professional cleaning.

Fine Watches

Watch Care

SAINT'OLIVEIRA watches are designed and handcrafted to the highest standards. Made in Switzerland, each timepiece is individually crafted, rigorously tested, and meticulously finished with attention to every detail.

Day-to-Day Care

- Cleaning: For metal bracelets and water-resistant cases, clean with a soft brush and soapy water. Dry with a soft cloth. If exposed to saltwater, promptly rinse the watch in fresh water.
- Water Resistance: Water resistance varies by design. We recommend having the water resistance tested if the watch experiences a severe shock.
- Crown: For select models, after every adjustment or winding, ensure the crown is in its normal position (tightened against the case) to protect the watch from water damage.
- Strap: For leather, alligator, or satin-finish straps, avoid contact with water, prolonged exposure to sunlight, and greasy or oily substances.

Long-Term Care

As with any precision instrument, a fine watch requires regular maintenance. To ensure optimal performance for years to come, we recommend servicing your watch every four years and replacing the battery every two years.

For maintenance or battery replacement, please contact a Client Advisor at a SAINT'OLIVEIRA store.

Only our authorized retailers have the necessary tools and expertise to service your timepiece to our exacting standards.

Leather and Textile

Leather & Textile Care

Our leather and textiles are sourced from the finest tanneries and fabric mills worldwide. To preserve the longevity of your accessories, special care is essential.

Day-to-Day Care

Avoid excessive heat and moisture, which can impact the appearance of leather accessories. When not in use, store your item in its protective dust bag.

How to Clean Leather Goods

Always test cleaning methods on a small, hidden area first. Avoid using saddle soap, oils, hairdryers, abrasive cleaners, furniture polish, varnish, or ammonia.

To Remove Stains, Oil-Based Spots, and Spills:

1. Stains: Use a mild solution of one part soap to ten parts water. Apply gently with a wet white cloth, rinse thoroughly, and let air dry.
2. Oil-Based Spots: Blot the area with a dry white cloth. The spot should dissipate quickly. Do not use water.
3. Other Spots and Spills: Blot the area immediately with a clean, absorbent white cloth or sponge. If the stain persists, use lukewarm water to clean the spot carefully. Blot with a clean towel and air dry.
4. Patent Leather or Canvas: Use a damp white cloth and a small amount of mild soap.

For best results, follow these care instructions to maintain the beauty and longevity of your SAINT'OLIVEIRA leather and textile accessories.
